Spring Flowers

Our irises and spring flowers are blooming nicely. These pictures taken throughout late March and April 2015. 

Spring is here and flowers are waking up

I love spring. The pear tree is blooming and looks great since we trimmed it last summer. The big rotten oak we took down is allowing so much light into the yard. The oak with limbs over the house looks great since it was trimmed back. 

The flowers are starting to wake up. 

The hostas and ferns are peaking through the earth and the new bed is looking great.

This bed is new and it's so exciting to see all the plants that were planted while dormant waking up. I love the new Japanese maple and I'm keeping annuals planted in the front of the bed so I can add seasonal color.
